1. Both you and our listing staff I will have access to set the days and times that your property is available for showings in the system.

2. Whenever a buyer’s agent or prospect schedules a showing online, you will receive a notification email and a text with the option to approve or deny the showing appointment for the specified date and time. A confirmation email and text will instantly go out to the showing agent the second you approve or deny the showing.

3. Reminder emails will also follow-up to avoid “no-shows”.
