You can see the newly released lots here: Westwood Lot Map. The available lots in Phases 5 will appear blue on the map, and you can see current lot premiums by clicking on the available lot on the map. The map may take some time to update, but the released lot info is below.
You can see the current base pricing in our brochure here: Westwood Brochure. The Phase 5 lots will fit our Ranch Series homes. The Ranch Series homes include our Aspen, Gunnison, Keystone, Telluride, and Monarch floor plans.
Only a limited number of lots are released and can be sold each week. We work on a "first come, first served" basis on each new release. You can speak with one of our Westwood Sales Specialist to learn more.
